Simon, the owner of Meet2Eat, comes from a family of professional chefs and discovered his passion for culinary arts at a young age. He has worked in the food industry for more than 15 years and opened his first small restaurant in 2004. Since then, he has brought his signature recipes to the streets of Vancouver, where his food trucks serve customers at popular events and locations across the city.
